Celebrated chefs Ian Chalermkittichai and Todd English teamed up to blend Asian traditions with American sensibilities and together, brings a modern approach to barbecue.
The menu will feature unique dishes such as chocolate baby back ribs, stone wok hacked miso lobster and red miso bamboo roasted black cod. There will also be Asian influenced barbecue classics such as: rotisserie ember spiced whole chicken, BBQ short ribs and Berkshire pulled pork burger to name a few.
A lot of the dishes are tapas style with smaller portions to try as many as you can. Whether you are with one or twenty people, Ember Room's menu was designed so guests can enjoy several dishes during a visit. Family style sharing is definitely encouraged, but whether you are by yourself or with twenty people everyone is the same: like family.
